The Russians have launched officially launched a new program. Really Russian Oil Fund (ROF) has been online since October 4^th, 2010 and we have been keeping tabs on them.

Oct 4^th was there official Pre-Grand opening stage as a new investment fund Program. Unfortunately 24 hours before its launch, the website was unavailable in many regions. We noticed this as well as many other HYIP monitors, it wasn’t good news. We were hoping that they were only having temporary technical programs and that everything would be back to normal and then the problem was solved.

We are happy to see Russian Oil Fund on its feet and doing so well. Russia is the world’s second largest producer of crude oil after Saudi Arabia and one of the world’s top oil exporters. With the fall of communism and the rapid privatization of Russia’s oil industry, it has evolved into a reasonably well defined sector.

ROF operates its team of speculators, agents, and analysts from within the Russian Federation. ROF’s vast network of agents in the Russian Federation are geared to expand Russia’s oil market from within. ROF team members work with REBCO oil futures, refiners, oil companies, oil traders, suppliers, and wholesalers to improve and expand Russian oil production while generating revenue for ROF, its investors, and for all those affected by our operations.

Our Current Status with this HYIP (?):

We invested a small amount in this HYIP in the beginning of October. We currently are very close to turning a profit from that investment in this program, so we decided to make a larger investment on December 7th 2010. Russian Oil Fund is having trouble paying through Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money now, they are still paying members through Alertpay. We are on hold with this HYIP until they give us the good news.
